After an initial contact, we will start off with a complimentary 1-hour client meeting to learn more about your business, business needs and personality. During this meeting, we will review any of your existing branding and design collaterals and talk about your ideas and visions.
Within 48 hours of our first client meeting, we’ll send you a detailed estimate/proposal, including the discussed project scope for your revision. Upon approval of the estimate, and unless otherwise agreed, a non-refundable deposit of 25–50% is due. Once the deposit is paid, we’ll commence with the initial creative phase, followed by initial design work.
Most of our processes can be broken down
into the following 6 steps:
Client brief & designer proposal (incl. project scope, pricing, timeline)
Branding: Up to 3 options for your potential new logo/wordmark direction
Print: up to 3 suggestions for layout
Web: Template suggestions, UX/UI, Wireframing if applicable
Branding: Revisions, Font Choices, Colour Palette, Illustration style
Print: Revisions + Refinement of proposed options, Layout
Web: Setup of Home/Landing page, 1-2 inside pages for your review
Branding: Micro typography, Details, setup files, brand guidelines
Print: Micro-typography, Details, Setup of print files
Web: Content + Imagery, Code-Adjustments, UX improvements, SEO
Handover / Launch (All final products)
At the end of the project, all design files will be made accessible to the client and the remaining balance is due upon delivery.
While the design remains the intellectual property of JB Design+Branding the client’s granted the right to use the design according to the conditions agreed upon.
Any design files may be used for portfolio purposes.
