Type Design
Sergio is a typeface that was designed for use in books and magazines. It is characterized by slightly oblique upstrokes as well as its relatively expanded width. The unusually extended ascender heights introduce a certain liveliness into what is otherwise a rather austere typeface.
This project started out as a type design project by 18 students; The regular font weight of Sergio has been completed in a team of 7 students.
